I would like to ask two questions about the inclusion of postscript figures in 
HST proposal : 

Can I use psfig ?

do I let the lines calling the inclusion of the figures in the LATEX file that I 
will send to STScI (meaning that you will not be able to compile this file, 
since you won't have the PS files corresponding to my figures) ?

i'm working on an hst proposal to detect a line with the following 
characteristics at a S/N of 10. could you please help me to confirm my 
integration time estimate for the G141 grism and Camera 3:

galaxy fwhm 0.5"
line width 30A, or 0.003 microns
line flux 1.3 x 10**-20 watts m**-2
line wavelength 1.764 microns
